Cold Turkey.

There is no other way. For the last couple of weeks I've been trying to eat 'less' shit, drink 'less' soft drinks, waste 'less' time on certain things and it isn't working for me.

I've been thinking about this project for some time now and I am going to start it tomorrow. No excuses, no cheating, just a healthy lifestyle that I was used to at some point in my life. I know how to take care of myself, and I need to get back to this lifestyle.

I am going to start with: no sugar, no fast food, no meat, no soft drinks. Not only that, but I already have a plan for the next 'stage', but this will be hard enough for now.

This will suck. I will hate it. But it will be worth it.


Another goal is to practice my English and, I think there is no better way to get better than using it, right? So, since everyone is speaking of it, I am going to start this challenge as well. I will keep you up-to-date on my projects and write about various other things. We will see.
